Apple Crumble

A couple of weeks ago we had a community dinner here at CIT. Everyone was to make a dish from the country they were going to be living in. I chose to make a wonderful English dessert called Apple Crumble.
I should warn you that I have never cooked, baked, you name it, ever. My cooking consists of the microwave and spaghetti without the meat.
I found a recipe on the internet and went from there. I made Apple Crumble from scratch! I had to peel and boil apples! Crazy! Can you see me peeling an apple? It's a very funny thing to watch --Especially since I can't properly peel apples.
After 3 hours of preparation and cooking, alas my Apple Crumble was finished.
It came out soooooo good. I was highly impressed with myself. I did have people knocking at my door for more Apple Crumble the next day. -No joke, I really did!
Oh and did I mention there was cream with the Crumble? The Brits use cream instead of ice cream sometimes. I gave the option of ice cream or cream.
I prefer it with cream personally.

I'm proud of Apple Crumble :)

Can I have that recipe for when I go to CIT? Or, would that be cheating?

That would totally be cheating. You'll need to find another english dish to make :)
It will be good research for you!!
